Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing CodeClub IT Solutions for your needs. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payment of our services. Please read this document carefully.
Payment Terms:
- All invoices are due within 07 days from the date of the invoice.
- For long-term projects, payments may be divided into milestones, with each milestone having its own payment deadline as agreed upon in the project proposal.
Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via bank transfer, major credit cards and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- For international clients, payments must be made in USD (United States Dollars)
Late Payments:
- A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
- CodeClub IT Solutions reserves the right to temporarily suspend services or withhold project deliverables until payment is received.
Taxes:
- All fees are exclusive of taxes. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, which will be clearly outlined on the invoice.
Billing Disputes:
- Clients must notify CodeClub IT Solutions of any billing disputes within 07 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will be considered as an acknowledgment that the invoice is accurate.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time and under the agreed-upon terms.
Confidentiality:
- All financial information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for billing and invoicing.
